ATI Tool doesn't really work that well IMHO. I believe the Radeon 9600 overslocks better than the FX 5200 and is much faster in Direct3D games that use PS 2.0 as the FX 5200 defaults to PS 1.2. A better way is to use RadClocker and crank up your RAM by 5MHz increments until you get artifacting then lower your RAM clock by 10MHz. Do the same with the core until a game or 3DMark200* hard-locks then back off 10Mhz. Good luck and have fun!:)

the 5200's core and mem clock doesn't make much use of that 256MB of vram. I had a 9600SE and clocked it to 400/500 Good little card, a pity most people didn't like it. I didn't use ATI tool to OC, I used some program my friend in Guam was using... I think it was CgTool. Good look.
