I honestly don't know...I haven't asked him 😛

From what I gather, he hasn't experienced BB, and I assume it's not a bad thing (I mean people go without sexual stimulation of some sort for long periods of time without problems, right?)

Forever period. A male doesn't ever physically "need" to release sperm. It doesn't "build up." Any "need" to release is purely psychological.
