Is this possible with any of Crucial's PC133 CL2 memory since I would like to upgrade (I have 256MB PC133 2-2-2 HSDRAM that does 150MHz at 3-2-2) and Mushkin is charging way too much for their PC150 RAM.

I can boot into my system with a 256 MB Crucial PC133 Cas2 SIMM at 156 MHz. The system is stable at around 153. So this instability at above 155 MHz may or may not be due to the memory, but at least the memory can handle it. Others too have been able to get their Crucial Cas2 up past 150 MHz.

Same here, Crucial PC133 CAS 2, my limit lies between 150 and 155Mhz. I am sure at CAS 3 it can be taken above 160Mhz easy.
