$1500 build, any suggestions?

First of all thank you in advance. I need some advice and feedback on this build, this is my first build and I want something that will get me great FPS while running mods and running pretty much any game on ultra on a resolution higher than 1080. My budget can't go any higher than $1500, if I could lower cost even better. As a note though, I really don't want to change the case due to the design I freaking love the design but all feedback is welcomed. I do plan on overclocking the CPU but I wasn't sure if I should go with the i7 or the i5 4670k.
I'm not changing the video card for obvious reason but other than that if you could suggest some parts I could change or should get please let me know!

If you are willing to risk a TigerDirect rebate, they have the Seagate 600 series 240GB SSD for $99 after $30 rebate which is a good price on a very decent quality SSD.

You won't notice the difference, and you can still overclock it.

Gigabyte has a nice board for $60 cheaper, unless you need the triple SLI.
