Can i run celron and duron systems off a 150 ps?

Sure you could. uATX power supplies are usually 145W. Now, don't go sticking 4 raided hard drives, a DVD, a burner, Geforce3, and a wind tunnel on it or anything. But for a basic system, it'll work fine.
