$150 gift for Christmas

right now the list includes

1. 1GB laptop RAM
2. xbox (anyone know of a store where it is bundled with Halo 1 or 2?)
3. blackberry ... ?
....?

Any other suggestions.
Desktop hardware is out of the question, sadly 🙁 (unless there is some $150 media center dell pc ...)
