From my googling skills, I got this.

The Italian luxury goods group, Tods SpA, has reported double-digit sales growth for the first nine months of 2004. The Group, which is behind the Tod's, Fay and Hogan brands, reported that trading had been strong in Europe and especially in Asia.

I still never heard of any of those brands though.

Hogan is a well-known footwear (and accessories) company owned by Tod's, a very well-known Italian designer footwear company.

Tod's and Hogan both make some very nice stuff, but those shoes are ass.
