Memory
More memory (RAM) increases performance and enables your computer to perform faster and better. Choose additional 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM (PC2-5300) options for your Mac mini.

1GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM - 2x512MB
2GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM - 2x1GB [Add $150]

How Apple treats its customers (read idiots); regular PC DDR2 memory 6x over price.

There are idiots that buy upgrades direct from Dell/Sony/HP/Compaq/Lenovo/Toshiba/Fujitsu/Panasonic/Alienware/Voodoo too, so what's your point?

There is no point. It's just a rant.

A mere $1000 for 4 GB! :Q

Nobody really does that, do they?

It's a hell of a deal, especially with the free shipping.

I was thinking maybe they're fully buffered or jewel encrusted or something, but nope.

Will those $6/GB DDR2 HP DIMMs work in macs?

Meat - I'm not sure, they may not, because they're single sided & some cheap PC motherboards can't use them.
