If MS Live.com is still giving 30% on ebay I'd use that with the buy.com ebay store, at least for big ticket stuff.

maybe I'm thick but I can't get this to work with anything I put in the cart. I can't even proceed to checkout with the coupon in my cart. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm making sure the item is sold by buy.com and ships in 1-2 days... what else?

It doesn't seem to work for me either. Maybe it only applies the credit when you're in the PayPal payment screen? I'm not about to commit to buy something unless I absolutely know I'm getting 15 bucks off. It's good till the 10th, so I'll let someone else figure out how to get it to work.

Added Kingston 64G DataTraveler into cart. Got $15 off as an instant rebate, showing on the item in the basket.

$15 instant rebate link in cart is the same link originally posted.
So if it used to work with other items, it wasn't supposed to, and they fixed it.
