15" monitors for under $20

Saw an ad on campus for cheap 15" monitors. I'm guessing they are used but they are very cheap. Pretty sure this is a local deal only, in Blacksburg VA, but you can always ask. E-mail vtmonitors@yahoo.com to ask about the monitors.
