15% Discount at Crucial doesn't show up

The 15% discount at Crucial doesn't show up - in fact they even charged me sales tax now!! wtf

I'm trying to buy some SODIMM modules.
 
I ordered a pair of PC2100 DDRs in September and didn't get charged for tax. 🙁

What a PITA.

I still don't see the 15% discount, just a generic 40% discount.
 
Yep, web price / module was $99.99, their price was $59.99
BUT
an additional 15% would have made it $101.98 for two modules, I still see $119.98
