If you're talking about the ten digit keyboard thats located on the right side of standard keyboards, the answer is no.

I had a 17-incher - no numpad. They are available separately as USB devices.

It depends on the laptop. The Dell E1705 has a 17" screen and no numpad. As an option, there are external USB numpads.

Yep, the HP's do have a numpad on the 17" Pavilions at least...but portability is lessend with the 17" models.

Right - the HP dv9000 series (17-in) do have numeric keypads - but toting 8.4 lbs. plus accessories can be a pain if you use it for travel a lot - especially air travel. It is also not easy to use a 17-incher on a seatback tray, and if the person ahead reclines, . . . forget it.
