There's a flaw in that type of system, however: it would make more fiscal sense to pull over wealthier types than those who are not. So, now, you're on a hit list because you have money.

And yet, our legal system is setup so the wealthy can often commit crimes with little, if any, punishment. The IRS doesn't even audit the wealthy more when it makes complete sense to do so. Stop bitching.

No, this is when you just dont give the money to the cops, give it to schools, healthcare, etc that way the cops dont have an incentive to target the rich.

There are going to be flaws with any system, currently its flawed in that the rich do not get punished for their crimes, the meager fines dont phase them in the least.
