144hz ultra wide NON curved?

Is there such a thing? I don't want to pay a premium for curved as it's kind of silly. Have an nvidia card so preferably not freesync as well, though don't really care if it's gsync.
 
Nope. You can either get the $1300 Acer Predator X34 or the BenQ XR3501. Those are the only two above 100Hz but they are curved.

You might think it's silly, but have you sat in front of one yet and tested it out?

Shows the Acer at 75hz when I look at the specs? If it really is 144hz, could be interesting.

The BenQ is 2560x1080 stretched across 35"... seems risky.
 
The size and viewing distance would make the distance from the viewer to the center vs. the edges to great on a flat screen. Great enough that you wouldn't be able to focus on the entire screen.
