1440p Asus or Acer..

Hey all,

So I've come down to a conclusion that I am going to go with a 1440p monitor, So I have pinpointed two monitors that have my interests. A Acer monitor that is going for $370 that is IPS, Or a Asus monitor which is going for $470, which is PLS.

In general, would the Asus be worth the extra 100 dollars? Or is the Acer still worth getting over 100 dollars? All Opinions please!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, as a new Asus owner, the Asus, hands-down.

Image quality, sharpness, features, and overall quality I think easily goes to the Asus. I checked out the Acer in person at my local Microcenter, and I think for that price it's a decent screen.

But if you're doing any gaming and graphic/color intensive programs, Asus is a no-brainer.
