140mm case fan

I originally bought Corsair AF140, but after the bloody rubber stuff in on of the corners got completely ripped to pieces by me simply trying to screw it into the case, I RMA'd it and started looking somewhere else.
So far I came up with two possibilities: Nanoxia FX EVO 140mm IFC 1500 or SCYTHE SM1425SL12M 1200rpm Slip Stream. I am inclined towards the latter, but not quite sure. I've always used Noctua for past say seven years and never looked at alternatives, so it's a bit difficult to catch up with the rest.

120mm fans > 140mm fans cuz the saturation of 120mm fans.

Basically you have more then 10x the selection of 120mm fans with at most a 5% performance loss if the fan was sharing the same motor.

Problem is.... 140mm fans mostly use CRAP motors compared to 120mm fans, hence why u still see some 120mm fans costing more then 140mm fans.

Look at the fan for the motor more then the fan size when looking at 120mm vs 140mm.

The extra 20mm for bigger fan area is NOT worth it all the time.

Have a noctua pwm 140mm fan and personally i love it.

950rpm and it is rated for 46cfm and personally i feel it might even push more,it can keep a TF3 7850 and a i5 2500 at stock cool and that is with a 80mm rear antec pushing out 20cfm with the fan on low at 1,500rpm.

So I ordered the two of those Scythes. They are fairly cheap, so if they turn out to be shit, no big deal. I don't think so though. Reviews are generally verey positive. They only had 1200rpm versions, but I don't think I need higher speeds anyway.

The only think I don't like about most fans is they don't have ball bearings. I understand it's s bit rare though, so what can I do.

edit: Just realized I ordered discontinued fans. lol
