140 fsb with 2100 or 166 fsb with 1600

i have a 2100 that will only overclock to 13x140=1820 or a 10 that will go 10.5x170=1785 what to go with?

10.5*170, the 30Mhz extra bandidth will do a hell of a lot for you than the measly 35Mhz CPU speed.
