this monitor is kinda crappy. I've had two of them, both times there were numerous dead pixels. For computing, picture quality sux.

FWIW, spend a little more on a 15in Envision (when they are on sale and heavily rebated)

Ironically, if you hook it up to a viewsonic TV tuner box, and set it up for 1024x768, it looks pretty damn good. I've been using one as a mobile entertainment system in my van, along with the viewsonic TV tuner and an old hot deal Lasonic portable DVD player.

not to thread crap but before you get this monitor check your local staples stores to check if they have any Envision 5100e thier on clereance for 179.99 and use the 30 off 150 you can find at verious places to make it 150 with no rebates
