14 and 15 year old girls shoot and rob two men in motel rooms

Wow... just... wow.

They flagged down a car, had it stop at a house where one girl got the gun they used, shot the two men in their separate motel rooms, and took their money.

How the hell do you even think about that kind of sh1t at 14 and 15? This is the kind of absolutely INSANE thing that makes me think exposure to extreme violence on TV, movies and video games is a bad thing.

and that's why you shouldn't think you can have sex with 14 and 15 year olds. no matter how innocent they look.

Stop blaming TV and Video Games. People have come up with schemes like this long before TV and video games existed.

Stop? I just started. This is the first time I honestly ever considered the idea that maybe the violence on TV, in movies, and in video games has had any effect on kids. But c'mon, don't be ridiculous. This is NOT a scheme a normal 14 or 15 year old comes up with, and I don't know that I've EVER heard of it before.

Think a bit harder about this though. In ancient times, people didn't live past 30 or 40, and 14/15 was considered pretty much adulthood. Kids that age would be hunting and such. Fast forward to today, your average 14/15 year old is actually very smart, just sheltered. You don't think they are capable without outside influence, but they definately are. Murderers this young came about way before games and movies.

Ehhhhh... I'm not trying to start a P&N-type thread about this, it's just hard to imagine.

Then again, I did WANT money at 14 or 15, and I did know what a gun was and how to use one......

I don't like those types of P&N threads either... but I still find it odd that the groups like those crazy mothers against video games completely ignore the hundreds of thousands of years of human history only to focus on the last 50 - 60 and blame all of our youth's problems on that. Those groups seem awfully blind to me.
