I have been wanting wireless but not wanting to pay $30. You can order online or in stores. I prefer in stores, I want to check it out first.
Does it come with RF adapter? I have never checked them out. Does anyone know if this is a good one? Radioshack usually has good stuff, and if not they stick by it and let you return the item.

Your thread title states it's an optical mouse, but I think you meant wireless.

it works in Win2k too! I just got mine. Pretty slick, although not as nice as my logitech

my sister will be all set however.

Note that this is Infrared, not RF. Infrared needs a clear line of sight, just like a TV remote.

ok, sorry its wireless. I am not up on all the differences. I know it does not have a cord to trip over on your desk. LOL Thats optical to me LOL Means no wires. It has to see instead. Didnt mean to confuse you all.

Correction: a wireless optical mouse DOES exist. I've seen it at Circuit City. Unfortunately, the maker of this mouse is: Intel! They know absolutely JACK about a sound ergonomic design, so I'm gonna wait for Logitech or Micro$oft to come out with a good one. Until then, my MouseMan Optical will do nicely.
