1394 adapter loads twice

I have the Yukon Marvell ethernet. For some reason under network connections the 1394 loads twice. I tried deleting one from device manager but just reappears again on bootup. When I remove, the DSL still works fine so I know I can do without it.

Any ideas how remove permanently?
