Well you have it, any dates on when they r coming in? I heard end of january...should I trust that?
I'm upgrading my whole system now, and I'm debating weither or not go with a KT133a mobo and wait for the new Tbirds to come out, or simply got with an Abit K7 and a 100mhz tbird...what do u guys think?
anything would be an upgrade from my p3 450 :p

also are the new tbirds gonna come in 1.0ghz speeds?

thanks!

The KT133A mobos are definitely worth waiting for. Early results are showing that standard, 100fsb, Duron and TBIRDS are hitting 150fsb with good memory on these mobos. Getting the chip to 133 should be no problem. FSB OClock results in higher performance than multiplier OC.

SOLTEK and EPOX seem to have the first KT133A mobos available but all the major manufacturers have announced 133A boards.

Currently my upgrade plan is to either replace my rusty P2 266 for a duron setup or to get a Sony G400 monitor. 266fsb is nice but no way I'm cashing out 200 bux just for the mobo :p

Definitely worth waiting for.
faster FSB, faster RAM timings, KT133A will blow away everything!
