133 FSB on a Tbird 1.3 100fsb on a K7T Turbo

I can get this puppy running at 13*116 (1508) but can't even get it to boot at any mulitplier with the 133 fsb option. I've posted at 600 (6*100) so i know that the mulitplier is unlocked, but right when i pull the jumper to switch it to 133 fsb operation the computer doesn't post. I've tried the latest regular bios and the latest overclocking bios with no luck. I have 256 crucial cas2 133 ram. Please help.
