133 FSB and 100 FSB for P3 CPUs

nyone know if a 133 FSB P3 CPU can run as a 100 FSB?

my guess is if it wont run as the original speed say 1000 mhz /133 fsb (7.5x)

the it'll drop to 100 fsb at about half the speed? so it'll become a 750 mhz cpu at 100 fsb ?
