So he is going to pay $20 a month to have mail from AOL? He doesn't care about their program, keywords, portals etc? And you are going to allow this? If he is going to get rid of AOL, GET RID OF AOL!
 
You can't.

We had a guy call in and call one of my coworkers a f-ckhead because he told him he couldn't. This was after he had called AOL and they had told him the same thing.
