What $130 or under card would be good for Half life 2, doom3, css, WoW, FEAR, things like that? I need some sugestions hehe! Please feel free to let me know any one, i would love some answers!

I'd go with a GeForce 6600GT. One of my pals up at college has one running in his system and it's really quite the performer for the price; he was able to run games like Half-Life 2 and a few others with great results.
 
yeah, 6600gt is best. maybe even a used 6800 on the fs/ft forums...it's rare at that price but it's been there before.
