The Y2038 bug is real, John Titor is not. But like I said, we'll all be long gone, so no worries.

how heavy are satellites?

i mean, i would expect their mass to be so insignificant relative to an asteroid's that the momentum change would be negligible, and the asteroid would stay at basically the same speed. then again, the velocity of satellites is also pretty high, IIRC.
