ORANGE COUNTy, Fla. -- A 13-year-old girl's sexual shenanigans have put a second man behind bars. Morris Williams, 22, told the judge he thought the girl was 18-years-old, but he found out Tuesday that ignorance is not a defense.

Morris Williams' mother wailed as he went off to jail. The judge asked for media not to show 13-year-old Alisha Dean's face in court, but her pictures are all over her MySpace page and they portray a sexy, 19-year-old divorced woman.

"She told me she had just turned 18," Williams said.

Williams said Dean picked him up on the street and after a few conversations they had sex. When he heard she was not 18, he went to her father.

"He was like 'well, she's 13,'" Williams said of a conversation with Dean's father.

Williams said he never did it again, but Dean has done it before with 24-year-old Darwin Mills. Mills was sentenced to five years in prison.

Dean's father wanted Williams to join Mills there.

"One of the reasons for the law is the fact that minors have poor judgment," said Jerry Dean, the girl's father.

Williams' father believes the jail sentence sends the wrong message to Alisha.

"I guess we just sit back and count how many after this," Henry Smith asked after his step-son was sentenced to jail.

Dean's family admits Alisha still stays out late and has yet to delete her misleading MySpace page.

Williams will serve six years probation with the first year in jail. The other five years he will have to wear an ankle monitor. His attorney says he will come back to court to ask again for a shorter sentence.

Imagine my surprise when I saw what she looked like. Stereotype indeed.

Great, so the parents let her stay out late at 13, and then press charges on the men she traps.

After the first one I'd agree with the father's statement about the child's poor judgement, etc....but when that happened, and they didn't put a stop to it? Maybe the parents should be the ones locked up, not the guy.

Ridiculous. The girl should be put into some kind of juvenile detention center, have her birthdate branded on her forehead, and SHE should be the one wearing an ankle bracelet. Bitch. And yes, the parents need to learn how to...be parents.

I hope the guys get tested for STDs. I'm sure they're not the only two she's screwed over, literally; they're just the two that were caught or confessed.

Words to the youngings.... she is too easy for you = she is too easy to all the guys = not worth it.

At least the guys didn't have to spend much money <if any> on her.

I don't know how she didn't get any charges ...she even lied on her MySpace account.

What will happen if they showed you faked IDs (18 and older)...will you get into trouble?

Wow, just . . . WOW! I came into this thread thinking that the judgement of the guy(s) was the primary problem here, and thinking I'd see a pic of a somewhat obvious young 'un with too much make-up, BUT . . . :|

On one of my cross country bike trips, I'd been fighting the switchbacks all day coming down State Hwy 7 in Arkansas. I pulled into a gas station to fuel up and a couple of cute young things pulled up opposite in their pick up. We got to talking and they invited me down to the corner for a beer. I was admiring the daisy dukes and tied under shirts and thanked the biker gods for the opportunity.

Well, we get to the bar and order a couple of brews and get acquainted. Turns out one is 15 and her friend is 16! I said, they still hang people for that down here! My mother not having raised any stupid people, I said thank you very much and climbed aboard my bike before the screen door banged shut. All I know is, they didn't raise them up that way when I was in HS!
