There are no good strip clubs in VA.

LOL... "The first rule of strip clubs in Virginia is, there are no good strip clubs in Virginia. The second rule of strip clubs in Virginia is, THERE ARE NO GOOD STRIP CLUBS IN VIRGINIA."

It's a serious issue. :|

Wow, a 13 year old. I hope that boy gets 20+ years in prison, and he can't get away from this. He asked for a dance, so he was aware of what was going on. At least the stripper was okay and got away, I'm pretty sure the recoil from the shotgun would of knocked the kid out. Im also pretty sure he could barely hold the shotgun. Let's hope he gets charged as an adult.

Sorry to tell you this, but the recoil from most shotguns will not knock a 13 year old out, must less even knock them down. This is assuming this was a 12ga or smaller shotgun. The first time I fired a shotgun I was 9, and it did not knock me down, yes it was a 12ga, I was just prepared for it, and no I am not a big guy.

hehehe maybe I was exaggerating a little, but you know he was to afraid to fire the shotgun when the stripper was running back to her car.

yeh.. have to agree... ive been been shoting since 10 and worked at a trap range for about 4 yrs... did some competition too... nothing big... lets just say... if held right recoil isnt really a prob... i did use a 20 gauge... however... i then moved on to 12 when i turned old enough to hunt (12 as well) ...

Assault is pretty much any time you feel physically threatened or violated, but no real physical contact has occurred. Assault can be as simple as saying, "I'm going to beat your ass," and then moving in a motion so as to make the person believe you are going to strike them or follow through. In the end it really comes down to perception on behalf of the victim.

the shotgun was called an assault weapon in the charges that were brought upon the boy

had you read the article / the post that was quoted you would have known this

The shotgun being classified as an assault weapon was not explained or justified in the article. If shotguns were assault weapons, companies wouldn't be pumping them out to the general public for the last 10 years, thanks to that douche bag Clinton.
