13 year old boy abducts exotic dancer at (shot)gunpoint

The boy was arrested Thursday and charged with abduction by force, conspiracy, using a firearm to commit a felony, brandishing a firearm and transporting and possessing an assault firearm at age 13. He was being held at the Virginia Beach Detention Center.

Umm.... Since when is a shotgun considerd assault?

Maybe I am just confused, but I thought rate of fire was a determining factor?

Ahh well.

If the kid was smart, he would have told her to dance for him, or he would call the cops and say she propositioned him.

Assault is pretty much any time you feel physically threatened or violated, but no real physical contact has occurred. Assault can be as simple as saying, "I'm going to beat your ass," and then moving in a motion so as to make the person believe you are going to strike them or follow through. In the end it really comes down to perception on behalf of the victim.

welp, looks like skywalker66 finally cracked. see what we drove him to? its a damn shame if i must say so myself...

Wow, a 13 year old. I hope that boy gets 20+ years in prison, and he can't get away from this. He asked for a dance, so he was aware of what was going on. At least the stripper was okay and got away, I'm pretty sure the recoil from the shotgun would of knocked the kid out. Im also pretty sure he could barely hold the shotgun. Let's hope he gets charged as an adult.
