The 8x spindle were the one's for $17.95 and they were pre-ordered (not in stock). I just cancelled my order on the 8x spindle and ordered the 12x spindle (which used to be $21.95).

Best Buy has PNY Spindle of 50 80 Min. CDs (not sure if 8x or 12x) for $19.95 - $5 rebate = $14.95.

Yeah, that sounds good but every time I go to Best Buy (even on Sunday's) they are already out of stock. Best Buy is sucky at stocking enough sale items. They stock very little hoping to get you in the store and buy something else.
Plus, Outpost = No salestax, No rebate needed.

i got in the first outpost.com deal, ordered saturday, received on wednesday. Pretty good cd-r's. cheap, but $17.95 for 50 hey cant knock it.
