12volt rail question

I have an Asus a7v33 with Athlon XP 1800+ and a cd burner, hdd and 256 mb crucial. Its not overclocked at all. The power supply is 350 watt Raidmax. The 12v rail is at 12.6 most of the time and around there and sometimes hovers around 12.7. Is this too high or putting any parts in danger?
