12volt blacklights?

My 2nd blue neon lightbar from PCmods.com just died (their customer service was great about it, but the product was crap), and I am lookin into black light solutions. Normally these put out a decent amount of heat, however since I plan to be on water cooling soon that will not be as large of an issue. I was wondering if there is any retail establishment that carries a 12v black light? Perhaps of the automotive variety? This will be a hella cool mod if it pulls through.

I am interested as well...I thought one would look nice in my clear acryllic case...can't find one though.
