12V+ Voltage FAIL?

Just installed a new MB and it says FAIL in red next to the 12+V in the BIOS PC health screen.

The computer appears to act normally.

My system:

Gigabyte K8N Pro-SLI - latest F9 BIOS
X2 3800 - stock cooling
2x1GB GSkill
EVGA 7900GTO
FSP SAGA AX450 Power Supply

The BIOS says:

VCore - OK
DDR25V - OK
+3.3V - OK
+12V - Fail

SiSoft says:

Temp Sensors:

Board 25C
CPU 27C
Power/Aux Temp 69C (!)

What does this mean? I wasn't getting any errors like this with my last motherboard. Could I have a bad board?
