-12v reading?

Hi,

i'm new here, and I've O/C my Athlon XP 2500+ to 2100Mhz by doing a FSB 200 and 10.5 multiplier,

but i've checked and I get a reading on the -12v of -13.28 volts.

Does anybody know how bad it is to be -13.28 volts rather than -12v? and what this would mean?

Regards,
RobcK
