12v rail tolerance range

What is a safe maximum voltage for a 12v rail to peak at? i'm bumping up against 13.5v and getting worried...

11.4-12.6V is recommended. You should definately get a new PSU.

13.5V on the +12V line? Wow.

Actually, can you do me a favor? Can you run a program like MBM5, or just go into your BIOS, and record your actual Vcore vs. what your default is or what you have selected in the BIOS. Thanks, I appreciate it.

I wouldn't trust that reading from the mobo. Go to radioshack and get a $10 AMM.

If it's truly that high that seems way too much. I'd definately say RMA or get a new powersupply.
