12v rail drops to 11.9 volts when running prime 95

I can watch my 12v rail drop from a steady 11.99v to 12.03v all the way down to 11.9volts when running prime95.

Is this normal?

im positive he would use a mm, that variation is within a 1% deviation, and the atx spec +-5% so youre perfectly fine.
