-12V Question

i have a antec 330W blue p/s. when running prime95 on a biostar m7ncdpro board with a xp2000, 1GB ram, 2 7200rpm hdds, 1 10K scsi hdd, geforce 4 ti4200 video card, 2 optical drives and a floppy i get an error on the -12V line according to the biostar hardware monitor stating it has hit -13.1-13.2V. is this bad? the computer has run with this case for quite some time and never had this before when testing it with seti. do i have too many drives in it?

I believe serial ports USED to use -12V, but they don't anymore. It's been removed from the latest ATX power spec revisions (and was never in the BTX ones), so new power supplies just won't have it at all.
