+12V jumps 2V from time to time.

I have a new AthlonXP 1700+ system that I built, Antec 400W PS (the one in the SX1040 case), Soyo Dragon+ mobo, crucial PC2100.

Looking at the motherboard monitoring utility, I see that all the voltages are fine, except that the +12V jumps 2 V just for a split second, every minute or so. It'll jump real quick to 14, sometimes to 10, then returns to between +12.1 and 12.25, which is where it is normally. Is this a problem I need to be concerned about? The system is very stable, and I've had no problems with it so far. The jumps have been there since I built the machine a week and a half ago. Could this be a sensor problem? Anything to worry about?

That's kind of what I was thinking, but I want to make sure that it's not going to cause long-term damage to the mobo or processor. The system is pretty damn kick-ass right now, and it's hopefully going to last me (at least the mobo) for the next 2-3 years. I'm sure I'll be upgrading components, and maybe I'll bump the processor a few hundred MHz, but the board I'll likely keep a while. Any one else have a thought?
