12v DC UV Lamp?

I've been searching for one of these for quite some time, b/c UV seems to accent your h2o cooling tubes when there's water wetter in them, some sort of reaction. I've got some nice clear reenforced tubes from home depot, and I found water wetter, but I've yet to encounter a decent 12v DC black light. I found one at Allelectronics.com for $5, and it was 5", pretty much decent except that it had a delay timer on it so it goes off after a period of time, and to disable that you need to short a capacitor and do some wiring..I'm not down with that. Anyone got any ideas?
