12L and L1A

Im looking ot buy a fan and a new heatsink for my system. Im already buying a SLK-947U at SVC but i want to get a panaflo fan. They are out of the L1A's but it says that the 12L is the exact same, except maybe a 3pin connector instead of a 2 pin. Are they really the same. Reply ASAP plz, i wanna order tonight 🙂

They are the same model. Just see if they are Japanese or Chinese manufacture since the Chinese fans have a sort of clicking noise. 🙁

Would it have been better for me to get the biggest fan it supports? Like a 90mm or a 120mm, i dont know which one is the biggest it supports.

Sry bout hat was talking in MIRC. Are there any fans that come close to the Panaflos in terms of volume. I want to order them but case-mod.com is fresh out. Kinda wanted to get them from zipzoomfly.com or newegg.com so I would get them at the same time as my other components.

Wish I would have jumped on that case-mod.com deal ThermalRight hs and panaflo fan for 30 bucks. Sent them an email asking when they would have the fans back it so should have an answer tommorow.

I think you asked "would it still be quiet". The answer I believe is that yes it still will be.

BTW: I have a 92mm 12M Panaflo fan on my SLK974 and it is inaudible from under my desk. I do however hear the Panaflo rear fan (120mm 12M at 86CFM and 35dba) and the stock Antec 120mm which I moved to the front.
