Been watching the prices on Geforce 4's lately, seeing as Im planning to buy one, one of the best prices ive seen for a 128 meg Ti4200 so far. NS Technology is selling it, says its a House Brand, Shrug?. they call it a e-Geforce 4, so maybe its an EVGA brand? otherwise im not too sure which brand it is. Also says it's Full retail Box and I found this on Pricewatch.

Yeah I would hold until I find out what brand it is. It would suck if you get stuck with a brand which doesn't release drivers frequently or sometimes never.

Here's the EVGA GF4 Ti4200 official page. It's not linked from evga website directly, but with a little URL editing you can get there
( EDIT: It is linked, it just doesn't show up under the pulldown menus. You can get to it by selecting AGP cards on the left menu)

http://www.evga.com/products/moreinfo.asp?Part_Number=128-A4-NV78-S1

And the official EVGA page for the optional VIVO module (the Vivo most sites list just means Tv-out actually, they screw up and/or lie. This is the true Vivo add-on module)

http://www.evga.com/products/moreinfo.asp?part_number=vivo

They also state the EVGA GF4Ti4200 128MB has 4ns RAM. As many sites have reported, 64 MB cards will likely actually have more capable RAM chips, so a 64 MB could be a better bargain if you don't do insane high-res and 4X FSAA

Are most other models with VIVO on-board, or separate modules as this one appears to be?

Update , seems since they are calling this the e-Geforce 4 Ti4200 , that it is EVGA. Also about VIVO on the card I found This on the EVGA website "UPDATE: The e-GeForce4 Ti 4200 will ship with the Video In/Video Out (VIVO) capability, allowing you to capture video from a VCR, Camcorder or other recordable device via the S-Video and RCA Composite connectors. Video editing software, installation drivers and video input/output cable will be included within the package."
so it seems you dont need to buy the add-on module.

I got the visiontek today and this card is unbelievable. I OCed it to 305/595 and scored a 9150 3dMark2001. The 4200 overclocked is between the 4400 and 4600 stock. It really is worth the money. It will play games without flaws and I am only running AMD 1.7 with 256 kingston. I had the mx420 and it only scored a 3832 and it was choppy ALL THE TIME. So SPEND THE EXTRA 80 bucks for the quality. Just my .10 1/2 sense.

The name of the thread is "187 shipped" so I guess if it drops to 175 that includes shipping as well

NS is in Houston and I also live in Houston, TX, so will rather go by and pick it up. I will go in an heartbeat, EXCEPT FOR ONE THING. I did go to the link and saw the awsome card for $175, I was browsing the rest of their online store and so I was able to click back to the card through the navigation and came to the SAME card but at a DIFFERENT PRICE. The price is $195.

Here is the original link:

and here is the link from browsing:
http://stores.yahoo.com/buyeee/evgefti4212d.html

Am I going crazy. Okay, so I found that if I go through the link to "Bargain Hunting" I can get to the special $175 card. BUT PLEASE, will someone tell me the DIFFERENCE!!!
