This is a good buy since its 7ns and CL2. You can find cheaper but maybe not as good.
Its Generic but should be good. Check it out.

Be careful. I purchased some IBM 128mb PC133 Cas2 sticks.... and one would not go above 124FSB and the other will only do 133FSB at cas settings 3/3/3.

Who woulda thought IBM would screw us...eh!!??

Like the price though.

I bought some from the same people a while ago at e-bay. It runs CAS-3 at 133 and goes up to 140. Possibly their TinyBGA version is CAS-2 all the way. They also have a PC-150. I am checking.
