Beware the sellers who claim CAS2 on this stuff. Here's what I found at Kingmax's website:

PC150-332 Specification
Maximum Operating Frequency = 150MHz

CAS Latency = 3
RAS to CAS Delay = 3
Precharge Delay = 2

Device Cycle Time = 6.6ns
Clock Access Time = 4.5ns
On-Board Serial Presence Detect (SPD)
Low Profile - 1 inch high (2.54cm)
JEDEC PC-133 SDRAM DIMM Compatible

UPDATE:
I did find a review of this RAM that said it ran at 147MHz with 2-2-2 memory settings: http://home.epix.net/%7Eyaffy/reviews/tinybga/tinybga-1.html The reviewer paid $157 for a 128MB stick back in October 2000, so this is looking like a very sweet deal.

I saw a review where some "PC150 CAS 2" RAM was internally locked with RAS-CAS delay at 3 no matter what you think you are setting it to. I believe it was either HSDRAM 150 or this Kingmax stuff. I can't find the review again yet but you might want to do a little research before you jump on this bandwagon. Assuming this means anything to you -- the performance hit is not more than a few percent at best.

I just upgraded my motherboard to Abit kt7a-raid. I was able to run the kingmax pc150 ram at 160mhz cas 2 ( 6.5 x 120 : hst + clk ). My sandra score for memory fpu was 689. I would like to try higher but my poor 750 tbird can't take it.

Damn it Unhuman.... what is your point. This is PC150. Supposed to run Cas 2 at 150 not anything less. For god sake man. If I see someone brag one more time about running CAS2 at a lower speed than the ram was designed for..... I think I am going postal.

Sorry this is just really bothering me. Every time I read a post on ram rated at CAS2. Someone comes in bragging about how "THEY ARE RUNNING CAS2...." at some rediculous clock speed.

If it can't hit CAS (222) at PC150 then it is a CAS 3 chip. Period.

Sorry Unhuman to blow up on you like this. But DAMN it.

I have read that some have reviewed this RAM as some of the very best, up there with Mushkin.

But you should edit the title to $67 or $72 from $60.

Yes this stuff rips!! I am running 2x 256 mb pc150 KINGMAX now at 140 2-2-2 and have posted this lowly 700e at 150 rock stable in the mem dept., other things are keeping me back from staying there.. but this mem is vastly underrated.. it has abilities that you'd pay ALOT more for if you chose to go for another brand. Heck the OCing potential for the TinyBGA design is superior by the numbers, i.e. heat disipation, power useage, signal crosstalk, etc... Just my humble two cents
;-)

This stuff is really the goods.

Cybordolphin is 100% correct.
Enough with the posts of this supposed PC150 @ CAS2 ram running at less than 150.
Actually, the advertised rating should always be lower than what the sticks should run.
For example, True PC150 CAS2 should be able to easily run at 160MHz CAS2.

For comparison, I have 2 sticks of cheap Apacer PC133 CAS3 ram. It is running 100% perfectly at 146 CAS2. With todays motherboards, that is about the minimum you would want to get. The Abit I use is set at 110x8.5,(935MHz), with memory at FSB+PCICLK, or 110+36, or 146MHz, CAS2.

I bought some of this, so we will see. Hoping I can hit the 120 FSB range, or memory at 160MHz.
At the very least, it should easily outperform the PC133 Cas3 (running at 146 cas2) I currently have, otherwise it is more pure crapola.

don't buy from these guys. I called in to order a 1.2ghz tbird the other day and I told them about the pricewatch price and they knew nothing about it. They still gave me the price finally but another thing that ticked me off is that when you call them it sounds as if they are in china.
