I personally know virtually nothing about ram or anything having to do with computers... so i really don't know if this is good ram... but it seemed cheap...

The actual price is $69.95 and since its from outpost.com... its free shipping overnight... with the addition of a $20.00 MIR, the total comes out to be $49.95, which isn't too shabby...

The one at outpost is pc133, don't know if that makes a huge difference... (i dont' know crud about ram)

It would make a difference, but the Kingston value ram is purring along in my computer right now at 135mhz at cas2 (asus cusl 815e motherboard). The kingston stuff is good stuff with many people getting well over 133mhz at cas2. Of course your milage may very, but the onvia deal is a good one, especially when they had $10 off $15 purchase coupons for about 20 hours or so.

is this ram cas 2 or cas 3? and is 7.5 ns seek time fast by today's standards?

The PC133 uses Infineon 7.5ns modules. The dimm is rated at CAS3. I have mine running at 133mhz CAS2 in a CUSL2.
