128 Vs 256 bit ?

so i am trying to find out which video card will be suitable for me. I going to do basic video editing, image editing and more or less play the usual games ... and some occasional 3d modeling ...

So 1st question is which Series?
then, 128bit or 256bit?

I am thinking either of the following:

I have that card it runs CS:S/half-life ep 1 at 60fps with all settings on high, as well as wow perfectly.

3d modeling is mainly CPU dpendent as well as video and image editing.

any of the geforce 7950GTs would be perfect for you. 512MB of ram, 256bit memory, etc.

Here is a x1950pro for $154.99 after a 20 dollar MIR. I don't have any personal experience with HIS, but as far as specs go, this is faster than the 3 cards in your OP.

Or a x1950xt for $199.99 after 20 dollar MIR.
