128 MB of PC133 RAM, or 256+ MB of PC100?

depends on what you are using your PC for. go with 256 PC100 if you are using memory intensive programs like photoshop or games. but if you want faster access to RAM with everyday usage and internet browsing, go with the 128 PC133. Just remember not to mix, otherwise, your computer will run at the lower speed. That means your PC133 will run at PC100 speed
