I just noticed that Mushkin is having a sunday night special on: 128 MB MUSHKIN Infineon PC133 $ 53. How does this stick compare to the special mushkin had on Friday for $44 plus $11 shipping? Or is it the same stick, just at a little higher price.

I believe the one last week was sticks without the infineon chips... usually ram with infineon chips yield a higher overclocking sucess rates... for example some kingston pc100 with infineon chips can be overclocked to 140+ pc133 cas2.

Wow, memory prices continue to drop. I ordered this same stick a couple of weeks ago as a Lunchtime special for about $15 more. Good stuff, I'm running CAS 2 at 133mhz no problem. I'm tempted to get another but I don't need it.

Dang, I paid $58 shipped for Memory Man's PC133 a few weeks ago. Does $53 include free shipping?

No, there is an $11 shipping charge, but you pay $11 for the shipment, regardless of how many sticks are in the box.

Nessism says he is getting CAS2 but I do not see Mushkin advertising the memory being certified for CAS2... anyone else having success or know if this is suppose to be CAS2 certified?

MissingLinc, Mushkin Infineon RAM will run 2,2,2 all day long. I have 384 megs and had it running 133 FSB with my P3. This should be good to around 140 FSB at these setting.

Just got my ram! The deal was even hotter than I though. They threw in a tin of breath mints!

To thoes that missed this deal, keep an eye on Mushkin, they might bring this back. The Infineon PC133 chips are very nice. I have yet to hear of one person that has not been able to run this ram 222 @ 133mhz. It also works great for AMD chips which is a nice thing with so many people running Durons and Thundbirds these days. One thing to keep in mind however, some motherboards do not allow for setting CAS settings. In this case, these chips will ID as CL3 and default to slower 333 timings. Their is always Wpcredit/Wpset to tweak the settings but some people don't want to bother. Just my $.02

Well, I got two sticks of the Mushkin Infineon 128MB PC133 RAM today (with a cool tin of Mushkin brand breathmints!) and I popped them into the computer (left the BIOS at Turbo and CAS2, etc) and ran DocMemory with no problems. I have been running this Win98 session for five hours now with no glitches (I have alot of apps open right now to make things interesting). This stuff is CAS2 just fine. I had another 128MB PC133 stick of Apacer with Infineon in here running CAS2, Turbo, etc, but my wife's computer will get that now.

Thanks for the tip StanGuy and thanks to the guys who reassured me the RAM would perform 2,2,2!

Thanks Mushkin!
