Is this compatible with KT-133 chipset for my Duron? I hope so, sounds like a GREAT deal.

This is a great deal. I am running this same RAM in my system right now. I ordered my 128mb budget stick a few months ago for the incredibly low price of $144, over $150 shipped. Now I can have another 128mb of excellent RAM for almost half of what I paid for it before. I am currently running my stick at 143fsb 3-3-3 7t,9t on my CUSL2, but I have taken it over 150fsb at these settings. I have been able to run it at 2-2-2 5t,7t on 143fsb, but it wasn't that stable. I would get random "explorer" errors in Win98se. It seemed to work great at 2-2-2 5t,7t at 133fsb, but I didn't do extensive testing, so no guarantees on similar results.

Thanks guys... that's what I thought. Their other Ram is lookin good too on price!!

Mushkin is the very best in my opinion. They really take all the guess work out of your purchase... and let you know right up front what to expect. Plus if the ram doesn't perform to the specs they quote.... they take it back!! :)

What markings do the ibm chips have on them? Do they say ibm? The chips on the stick of 128mb pc133 mushkin budget RAM I am currently running say "PQI" on them.

Well, I just ordered another of these sticks for $79, I hope it's not an ibm one. Thankfully my current stick doesn't say anywhere on it.

i ordered two sticks of these last week..both do 143mhz at 2-2-2, totally stable..and they do not have IBM chips on them. i think the chips you get on your sticks of budget ram is pretty random. one of my sticks has 7ns mira chips, the other one has 7.5ns PQI chips...personally i really don't care what kind of chips they are as long as they run fast and stable.

WOOHOO! Just got a reply from Mushkin sales dept. It says "These will NOT contain IBM chips."

Good news, however, I wish they would have said what chips the are.

I would say they should not conflict. You need to remember, though, that your system will only be as fast as your slowest chip.

i bought this stuff 6 months ago, and yes it's IBM chips on mine. i can only get 3-2-2 at 100 mhz. i don't run at 133, i don't have the chip for it.
