It all depends on the day of the week, CSR, and what they had for breakfast. Nothing about their PM policy is consistent.
 
I have never succeeded in PMing anything with a rebate on staples. They always deduce the rebate from their price to make their price lower...:-( Is that only me with such bad luck?
